Curtin Singapore Graduation
Graduation marks the pinnacle of your academic journey and is a celebration of the dedication, perseverance, and hard work you’ve demonstrated during your time at Curtin Singapore. It is a proud and memorable milestone, and we look forward to celebrating your achievements with you.
Curtin University Singapore Graduation Ceremony 2026
Date: Monday 21 October 2026
Time: To be confirmed (TBC)
Venue: The Star Performing Arts Centre, Levels 6 and 7, The Star Theatre, 1 Vista Exchange Green, Singapore 138617
Important Note: We recommend arriving at the venue at least two hours before the ceremony. This will allow sufficient time for registration, gowning, and other pre-event preparations, including studio photography.
Eligibility
This ceremony is open to students who have completed their course and had their award conferred by Curtin University in the following study periods:
- Trimester 2A 2025
- Trimester 3A 2025
- Trimester 1A 2026
- Semester 2, 2025
- Semester 1, 2026
Eligible students will receive a Graduation Invitation via the Official Communication Channel (OCC) on their OASIS portal. Please log in to your OASIS account using your Curtin credentials to monitor your OCC messages after your conferral date.
Graduation Options
Upon receiving your Graduation Invitation, you may choose to:
- Attend the graduation ceremony (You will receive your award when you walk across the stage)
- Defer your graduation ceremony (For up to 12 months)
- Receive your award by mail (Sent to your preferred home address registered in your eStudent on OASIS)
Important Note: If you choose to receive your award by mail, you will not be eligible to attend a graduation ceremony.
Regalia Ordering
Regalia (academic dress) is required for all graduates attending the ceremony.
Once you have completed your Online Graduation Registration via the Graduation Invitation in OASIS, you will be directed to the GFP Graduations website to book your regalia.
Important Note: Please ensure you have registered for the Singapore graduation ceremony before ordering your regalia.

Regalia Collection
Date: Saturday 19 September 2026
Time: 10.00am to 2.00pm
Venue: Curtin Singapore campus, 10 Science Park Road, The Alpha, Science Park II, Level 3 Unit 03-08, Singapore 117684
If you are unable to collect your regalia yourself, you can appoint a proxy to collect your regalia on your behalf. You must:
- Complete and sign the Disclosure of Information and Proxy Authorisation Form.
- Email the completed form to graduations@curtin.edu.sg.
- Ensure your proxy brings a printed copy of the form along with their photo identification (e.g., driver’s licence, passport, Curtin student ID) on the day of collection.
Important Note: Regalia will not be released to anyone without prior authorisation and valid identification.
Graduate & Guest Tickets
Ticketing is managed directly by our ceremony venue, The Star Performing Arts Centre.
Graduate E-Ticket
Your Graduate E-Ticket will be sent to the personal email address registered in your eStudent on OASIS.
Guest E-Tickets
All Guest E-Tickets will be sent to the graduate’s personal email address registered in their eStudent on OASIS.
- Each graduate will receive two (2) complimentary Guest E-Tickets.
- PhD graduates will receive four (4) complimentary Guest E-Tickets.
All guests aged above three (3) years old must present a valid E-Ticket to enter the venue, and E-Tickets should be shown on a mobile device upon entry.
Additional Guest E-Tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to venue capacity. The purchase link will be released closer to the ceremony date. Please note that purchased Guest E-Tickets are non-refundable.
Graduates who have purchased a studio photography package should ensure that all their guests have Guest E-Tickets, as the photography studios are inside the ceremony venue and E-Tickets are required for entry.
Attire & Etiquette
The graduation ceremony is a formal academic occasion. All attending graduates must wear full academic regalia as prescribed by Curtin University.
Guests are encouraged to dress smartly in business or semi-formal attire. As a sign of respect to all attendees, we kindly request that mobile phones be switched to silent mode and that guests remain seated throughout the ceremony.
Please remain respectful and courteous to university staff, event crew, and fellow graduates at all times.
